The signal wire is showing 2.7 volts. Disconnected the rod to the wastegate actuator and verified movent. Energized actuator and moves within spec. Reconnected Actuator and rechecked back probed signal wire and Now within spec. Test drove, vehicle and now has power. Lots of smoke during cold But did not show on test drive.

- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.

Press the SET/CLR button to reset the oil life at 100%. Turn the ignition to LOCK/OFF. If the CHANGE ENGINE OIL message comes back on when the vehicle is started, the engine oil life system has not been reset.
