TRIED TO REPLICATE WISHING NOISE, FOUND DRIVER SIDE SLIDER DOOR NOT PROPERLY CLOSED, MAY HAVE BEEN POSSIBLY TWEAKED IN ACCIDENT OR SUBFRAME HAS SHIFTED WHICH ALLOWS A WIND NOISE TO FLOW THROUGH VEHICLE. ALSO BATTERY IS WEAK, BATTERY IS 5 YEARS OLD.
