    • Found: Verified electrical circuit to wastegate actuator All voltages are within spec, except for The signal wire, on the connector the specified voltage is 4.2 volts closed and 1.2 volts open and 0.5 volts fully open. The signal wire is showing 2.7 volts. Disconnected the rod to the wastegate actuator and verified movent. Energized actuator and moves within spec. Reconnected Actuator and rechecked back probed signal wire and Now within spec. Test drove, vehicle and now has power. Lots of smoke during cold But did not show on test drive.
    • ADJUSTED WASTE GATE ROD
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
